イベント来場の御礼とご報告：「東日本大震災」被災地支援チャリティオークション イベント ～スプリング・バッカナル 2011～

先週金曜日、ROTI六本木にて毎年恒例の「スプリング・バッカナル2011」を、オルカインターナショナルと共同開催しました。イベントには約70名のお客様にご来場頂き、誠にありがとうございました。

今回はオレゴン州からKen Wright CellarsのKen Wright氏が来日し、彼の作るワインを皆様にお楽しみ頂きました。
また、「PAN NOTE MAGIC」というバンドによるSteel Panの生演奏もとても素晴らしかったです。

当日は『東日本大震災チャリティオークション』を実施し、
寄付先である「国際NGO・PEACE BOAT」代表の方に被災地の現状などをお話して頂きました。
私たちが想像する以上の現状があることを知り、言葉では表すことの出来ない感情に見舞われました。
またオークションには全8種類のアイテムを出しましたが、全てのアイテムが落札され、落札総額と当日販売の10％の合計が、280,000円とな りました。
私たちはその全額を「国際NGO・PEACE BOAT」へ寄付させていただきます。
皆様の温かいお気持ちにとても感謝し、その想いが被災地に届くよう願っております。
この度は本当にありがとうございました。来年のスプリング・バッカナルでまたお会いしましょう！！

Last Friday, Orca International and Roti held the 3rd Annual Spring Bacchanal Wine Party.
With over 70 guests in attendance, Special guest Ken Wright from Oregon's Ken Wright Cellars,
a musical performance by Pan Note Magic, and great food and wine, we all had an excellent time!

Because of the urgent situation in Tohoku, we hosted a Charity Auction at the event and donated 10% of wine sales as well for a total of 280,000 yen going to Peace Boat!
Peace Boat is currently active in Ishinomaki City providing hot meals, transporting goods, cleaning up and rebuilding.
Thank you to all who attended and for all of those who participated in the charity auction; every item was sold!
